Favourite Tuna Melt

You will need:

1 can of tuna
2 tbsp. Mayonaisse or Kraft Light Miracle Whip
1 tsp. Of green relish
2 cups of shredded marble or cheddar cheese (or more if desired!)
6 Bread or English muffin halves
cookie sheet

Mix the following in a bowl:

1 can of flaked tuna, drained
2 tablespoons mayonaisse (or Kraft Light Miracle Whip)
1 teaspoon of green relish
Butter your favourite bread or English muffin and place on a cookie sheet.
Spread the above tuna mixture on the bread.
Sprinkle shredded cheese over the mixture.

 Put in oven at 375 degrees and bake for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is completely melted.

 Makes 6 slices.

Apple Pizza

You will need:

6 slices of bread
6 cheese slices or shredded cheese (marble, cheddar or mozzerella)
4 of your favourite apples, cut and diced with the skin on
bacon bits (optional)
a cookie sheet

To make:

Butter the slices of bread
Put the cheese slices on each piece
Sprinkle the chopped apples on the cheese slices
Sprinkle bacon bits over the apples (if you feel like them!)

Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 12 minutes.

Sweet Bacon and Eggs

You will need:

Yellow Smarties
White chocolate disks (you can get these at any bulk food store)
Straight stick pretzels (salted)
Wax paper
Microwave oven

To make:

Put three white chocolate disks together on a piece of wax paper (you may wish to cut squares of wax paper to fit!)

Set the microwave to high and bake for approximately 1 minute (could be longer with some microwaves, you just need to make sure the disks are melted but not runny) TEST ONE FIRST before going on.

Immediately after removing the white chocolate from the microwave, stick two yellow smarties in them to look like the yolks.

Then stick two pretzel sticks on the side to look like bacon!

Let set and “serve”.

Potato Chip Casserole

You will need:

1 lg. Bag of plain potato chips (crushed)
1 can of flaked tuna
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 small can of niblets corn
1 small chopped onion (your choice)
1 tsp. Of lemon juice

To make:

Mix together the above ingredients in a casserole dish.
Bake with no lid at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until the top is crusty.

Serves four.

Yummy Dip for Tummy

You will need:

2 slices of Swiss Cheese
250 gm cream cheese
2-3 tablespoons of mayonaisse
2 green onions (chopped)

To make:

Put the above incredients in a bowl and melt on high in the microwave for approximately 1 minute. Take out and stir until completely mixed together.

A great dip for crackers, chips or veggies!
